About this studio

Strengthen, lengthen and tone with one of London's leading Dynamic Reformer Pilates providers and Three-time Tatler Gym Award winner, Ten Health & Fitness. Their trademark workout is intense and dynamic. It’s designed to slim figures, improve posture and build lean, toned muscle. They also offer a range of alternate classes, such as HiiT, TRX, Barre and Yoga, which are underpinned by Pilates principles. Their expert trainers and small class sizes means plenty of hands-on correction, with a focus on form, precision and control. Please note that you'll need to complete a Beginners Dynamic Reformer Pilates class prior to an Intermediate or Advanced class. They also operate with a 5min cut off point for class entry, so you will not be able to enter the studio beyond that time.

How to prepare

If you're joining us for Pilates or Stretch, you must wear gripsocks. If you don't have any, they're available to buy at reception. If you're coming to HiiT or TRX, you'll need trainers, and if you're coming for Yoga or Barre, socks or bare feet are fine.   As for anything else, we provide everything that you will need, including water, towels and toiletries. You'll also find hair dryers and straighteners in our changing rooms.

They made you buy Pilates socks but it wasn’t mentioned when booking the class. A few too many people, class seemed to run through a lot of movements quickly

A good intro to reformer Pilates I think. Only downside would be that upon arrival we were made to buy Pilates socks (£10!!) and this wasn’t noted anywhere when booking. Made the hour a very expensive one! I guess it means I’ll need to go back and use them....

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
