How to prepare
Every session we run is different to the last. We mix up our workouts daily, so it’s super varied. Boredom just isn’t an option. The variety keeps the body guessing. The result is an all round level of fitness that’s hard to achieve if you just do the same thing every week. We typically break up the sessions into 6-7 minute blocks covering every fitness discipline from fat burning intervals, calorie blasting circuits, team games, toning, shaping, and the foundation exercises for that rock solid core.
How to get there
Tabard Gardens. Our London Bridge boot camp is located perfectly for local residents & professionals around Borough, London Bridge and Bermondsey.. During the week we meet just inside the park, by the plant boxes and triangle of benches. On Saturday's we meet on the astro turf. There is parking available, although it is chargeable during peak times. We would advise getting the tube, the nearest tube is Borough, or London Bridge tube stations. You could cycle, with docking stations very close.
