Swift Fitness classes

How to prepare

Every session we run is different to the last. We mix up our workouts daily, so it’s super varied. Boredom just isn’t an option. The variety keeps the body guessing. The result is an all round level of fitness that’s hard to achieve if you just do the same thing every week. We typically break up the sessions into 6-7 minute blocks covering every fitness discipline from fat burning intervals, calorie blasting circuits, team games, toning, shaping, and the foundation exercises for that rock solid core.

How to get there

Top of Baalbec road, just inside corner of the 2nd field. London N51QL Our Highbury Fields boot camp is easy to find. We meet just inside the park, at the end of Baalbec Road. Closest tube is Highbury Fields. There is parking available, although it is chargeable. We would advise getting the tube with the nearest station being Highbury and Islington, or cyclin using the docking stations in the park.

What is ClassPass?
