About this studio

Sweat studios encourage you to be you, not some ideal of what a yogi looks like or thinks. Their classes build full body strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular health. They have a modern take on vinyasa, so be prepared to move! They teach and lead sequences and then allow students to move on their own for a few minutes each class. You won’t just work out your body, but also work out your brain! By focusing on what comes next, you drop that forever crowded mind to focus on your body and your breath. Your time at Sweat is for you. While they give some assists as needed, their teachers give you space to feel your own body in your own way. Sweat offers a supportive environment in which all levels and abilities can practice yoga - you get to be your own guru at Sweat.

How to prepare

Wear something comfortable, but know that it gets steamy in there. You'll probably want to avoid heavy cotton. Bring a yoga mat and a towel. The front desk has both to rent if you forget to bring your own for $3 each. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so you have time to park, check in and find your spot before class. If you are not checked in 5 minutes before class, your spot may be given up to another client if there is a waitlist. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before practicing in the heat!

How to get there

The studio is located in Westlake Village at 2883 Agoura Rd. Parking is available in front of and behind the building, as well as along Village Glen Rd. Feel free to ask the instructor or the sweat staff if you need any help placing your mat for more popular classes.

I loved the 50/50 mix of flow and light weight sculpting. There’s a lot of freedom for you to be creative and add more poses after a basic flow is taught and I really liked that aspect! Shannon was awesome and I enjoyed her dreamy but also upbeat playlist

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
