I usually work out in my own, but this class is a great checkpoint to challenge me in ways I can’t do on my own. Emily and Stephanie are both amazing and really make this a good encouraging sweat session!

Great high intensity interval workout! I’m just getting back to the gym and this was a great way to come back. Everyone was focused on their station, so it was low pressure, but great workout. Everyone was also very friendly and the instructor was supportive and knowledgable.

I loved how it this was a quick 30 minute, get your workout in, kind of format. There were 4 people in the class including the trainer so if you like smaller classes with lots of energy this is for you.

Really enjoyed this fast-paced 30 min class. Emily was great in offering modifications, assisting in my questions regarding the different moves, & making an out of towner feel welcome. Highly recommend!

What is ClassPass?
