Sweat Garage is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in a fun, positive, motivating class. Their one-hour workouts combine treadmill running, free weights, kettlebells, slam balls, jump ropes, resistance training and functional movements. At Sweat Garage, the workouts change every day. And the focus changes every day targeting different muscle groups, so you can sustain a multiple day, back-to-back schedule, without overworking your body.
Their goal is for you to have fun and feel great after every workout. It's not the intention to crush you. They want to engage, challenge, inspire and motivate you. You can be any fitness level and workout at Sweat Garage. Their unique HIIT system allows you to work at your own pace and push as hard as you want. Stretching your boundaries is encouraged, but pushing past your limits is not.
How early should you arrive before class?

Anything specific you should bring?
- All first-timers must arrive 15 minutes before class or you will be considered a no-show. First-timers will not be admitted into class late. All clients need to arrive 5 minutes before class or your spot may be given away if there is a waitlist. Towels are REQUIRED! You can bring your own or rent one at the front desk for $2. Towels are also available for purchase. Bring water or an empty water bottle to fill up with their free filtered water. Water can be purchased for $2 if you forget your bottle.
