About this studio

Sweat Fitness & Core Mom fitness has come together to create one new super team.! Both have thrived in the South Bay for 20yrs and the studio is about community, and offers an inviting, supportive, friendly space for all ages, shapes & abilities. Experienced trainers will guide you through workouts that are fun, engaging, challenging, and different "EVERY SINGLE DAY." Located in a beautiful, 2 story, boutique space, the studio offers Pilates, Pre/Post Natal Speciality Classes, TRX, Circuit, Yoga, HIIT, Cryotherapy, Sports Massage, Infra-Red Hot Stone Jade Massage Bed, a shower & free parking. NOTE: Waze may provide an incorrect location; Studio is near the RB pier, please go through the blue gates as we are located in back!

How to prepare

Please arrive 5 minutes early if you are new, bring water/towel. For circuits, wear shoes, for Pilates, bare feet or toe. We teach traditional and Non-classical Pilates- For Hot Stone Massage, Compression or Cryo - wear comfy clothing. Please text/call if you have questions about Pilates, Pre/Post Natal, Yoga, TRX, CRYO or Massage. The SweatFitness instructors have been training clients in the South Bay for over 20 years and are ready to help you reach your fitness goals! Please note- BellyDance & Pre/Post natal are not available on ClassPass.

Catalina Ave., Redondo Beach, CA 90277 (Just 1 block SOUTH of Torrance Blvd & the RB pier) Note: The studio is in the rear of the lot. On Catalina, between Torrance Blvd & Pearl, look for a white building, navy awnings and a blue gate. Free reserved parking for our clients in front of the studio door. What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
