About this studio

SWEAT 1000 integrates the components of interval training, functional training, core stability work, athletic training and agility training. It is the result of taking everything that is the highest level of physical training and putting it into a 1 hour dynamic and action packed class that is different every single time.

How to prepare

Always arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. New client must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled class time to be permitted into class for orientation. Clients arriving less than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time may not be permitted into the class and/or their spots may be given to standby users. Please wear athletic attire with shoes you are comfortable running in. Towels are complimentary, water filling station available, alkaline water, pre-workout and post class protein shakes are available for purchase.

SWEAT 1000 is located at 725 W. 18th Street, Houston, TX 77008. The studio has it's own parking lot and an ancillary gravel lot across the street exclusively for Sweat 1000 clients.

Intimidating gym , everyone looks like they’ve done CrossFit for years haha but the instructors are really encouraging and nice. They take the time to walk you through class before. Great workout, difficult but rewarding. Will be back. If I lived in Houston I’d get a membership here

What is ClassPass?
