About this studio
StudioTorch offers the highest quality of group fitness classes with personalized instruction from our certified trainers. StudioTorch combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with innovative athletic movements, strength training and metabolic conditioning. StudioTorch is for any fitness level and all of their movements are scalable to fit your needs. Each class is 60 minutes long, with a max of 30 people per class in their new, clean and organized studio. You will utilize dumbbells, barbells, kettles, treadmills, rowing machines, bands, med balls, boxes and much more. The studio will provide a great start, break or finish to your day. Ignite your motivation with StudioTorch at the most convenient time for you.

How to prepare
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class. If it is your first class, please arrive 15 minutes prior so that the staff can explain the studio and equipment. Feel free to bring anything that you feel you need. They have cubbies with USB charging ports to house your things and charge up. They supply towels and a water bottle filler in the studio. They also offer water bottles for purchase. Please wear running shoes and comfortable athletic wear. Don't get dressy, you're going to get sweaty.
How to get there
The studio is conveniently located at 1275 Olentangy River Rd right between Grandview and Victorian Village. The studio is less than a 10 minute drive from Upper Arlington, The Ohio State University campus, and the Short North District. They offer plenty of free parking for all guests on the South and West side of the building.
