NOCHE LATINA CYCLE+YOGA with Abbie
Abbie's high energy is contiagous, encouraging, & motivating!! I also thoroughly enjoy themed work out sesions or anything with a theme. Yoga with Juan was a perfect cool down to cycling. The popsicles & Coronas post work out was an unexpected treat & I felt honored to attend. StudioPop is the place to be.

Such an empowering and intense class! Abbie is such a great instructor and the whole atmosphere at studio pop is very inclusive. The yoga sculpt portion was challenging but definitely felt like i was getting a high quality, all-over workout!

CYCLE + MAT PILATES with Abbie
It was a very upbeat class and the instructors were super helpful and down to earth. I don’t particularly care for spin/cycle so I didn’t 100% enjoy it, but if that’s your sort of thing, you’ll love it.

About this studio

At StudioPOP - they focus on three things: Movement, Music and Community - and they want YOU in the #poptribe! They're a place to work hard and get results, but also more than that: They're all about connecting with the person next to you on the bike or the mat. All of their classes are a CYCLE+ format. This is their signature, full body-and-soul workout. Every class at StudioPOP offers the intense, sweaty fun of rhythm-based cycle - PLUS yoga, strength or a core workout. Their classes will create change in your body, for sure, but also in your mind and your heart as you start to feel the benefits of this balanced workout.

How to prepare

Their bikes come equipped with SPD (mountain-bike) clips as well as toe cages, so you can wear cycling shoes (recommended) or sneakers. If you wear sneakers, ones with firm soles are best. Wear well-fitting athletic gear. You WILL sweat! Don't worry, they provide towels. Arrive ~15 minutes before class starts. Their staff will show you around the studio and help you get your bike adjusted properly.

How to get there

Their address is 10 N. Greenwood Ave, Suite D in Tulsa. But they actually face Archer, across from Oneok Field. Free parking located in the lot at the corner of Greenwood and Archer.

What is ClassPass?
