How to prepare

Wear comfortable and fitted clothes. Yoga pants or footless leggings are ideal, as are leotards or tightly fitted tops which are long enough to tuck-in. AVOID clothes with zippers as they can potentially snag and ruin the equipment. Please remove any jewelry that could get bound up on the equipment. Avoid using lotion - it ruins your grip!

AWESOME CLASS. Dont get frustrated if it hurts and its hard because this is totally a skill that is earned over time. If you want to quit it just means youre working hard enough!

Really accessible instruction that made it easy for anyone to give it a try. Kristen was super welcoming and patient. The steps were broken down one-by-one, and there was a nice succession to build onto skills. Very fun! Makes me want to try Aerial much more often.

Unique space downtown. More of an open gym dynamic while the instructor demonstrates her skills and invites you to try a couple knots and poses. Fun alternative to a workout!

What is ClassPass?
