see all reviewsClass was great!!! Nick and Missy (the instructor of the class before mine) were both super nice and welcoming. Nick was taking Missys class which I always think is a great sign - sort of a fitness-industry dogfooding. The class was challenging, but still fun. There was a lot of variety of the moves but I never felt lost thanks to Nicks clarity of instruction. I will definitely be back!

see all reviewsGreat challenging class. Sophie Van. was SUPER energetic and also incorporated a little bit of humor as well. She is an excellent passionate teacher. Loved the class and the work out. It’s a little challenging BUT it’s not unobtainable. It’s accessible you just have to truly put in the work to reap the benefits. I really like the theme of having red lights, it makes you feel a little more isolated and not feel like all eyes are on you when it’s fluorescent lighting. I think the red light makes you feel more energetic and more likely to push yourself a little harder.

Great environment and very supportive people as well. A few people notice it might’ve been my first time and assisted me the entire time. VERY sweet and welcoming environment. I would also it’s very diverse. You have people of all ages, shapes/sizes, and backgrounds.

Not as much cardio as I’m used to during past classes but my abs are definitely going to be feeling it and nice to change it up. Will be back!

Elena explained the moves and scaling options and coached throughout the workout. It’s as hard as you want to make it based on weights chosen and effort given. see all reviewsJess was great. MTTHF are strength days, W/Sa are HIIT days. It’s in the los campeones NE gym. Ample free parking out front. I went on a Wednesday and it was tough. Burpees, push-ups, squats, lunges. Definitely got my heart rate up! I’ll be back again, likely on the HIIT days as that’s more my style of class. Jess was also awesome, corrected form despite there being a lot of people in the class and stayed on top of the timer. Her music selection was also stellar!! #classpassinsider
