Jesse Mendoza is a Certified NASM Trainer, specializing in Boxing, Strength Training, Functional Training and Kids Programs. Offering Boxing and Strength Classes that are opened to all fitness levels and available for both Kids and Adults. Boxing: Ideal for anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of Boxing, losing weight, building cardio endurance and the perfect class for anyone looking to change their workout routine. Strength: Interval Training class mixed with a variety of strength stations to give you a full body workout, condition the muscles and help prevent future injuries. Your workouts are always balanced and will make you feel better and move better at the end of each class. How to prepare

Students should bring a pair of boxing gloves and hand wraps. Hand wraps are also available for purchase at the gym. Free rental gloves are available at the facility for first time use. Come and experience one of the classes before investing in purchasing any equipment and see if this is the right class for you!

Upon arriving to 48 Union Street, please stay to the left and follow the driveway towards the back.

Jesse is an awesome instructor no matter how large or small the class is. He’s brilliant at making sure you are on point with form and technique. The class is a go at your own pace challenge so great for all fitness levels

What is ClassPass?
