About this studio

[solidcore] is unlike any workout you’ve ever done before. It’s a high-intensity, low-impact 50-minute session that is done as slow as possible to lengthen and tone your body. Don’t let the slow fool you… it’s hard. The body can then work to repair the ripped muscles, which is when they become leaner, longer and stronger – creating noticeable tone and definition in the body. With countless variations of moves stemming from planks, lunges and squats, your body and mind will be challenged in each and every class.

How to prepare

If this is your first visit to [solidcore], save yourself some time ahead of your first class! Visit the MINDBODY site or download our [solidcore] app, create a profile using your same ClassPass email login and sign our liability waiver. You can also see what other upcoming classes are happening and learn more about our studios. Wear something comfortable to sweat in. Clients can go barefoot or wear grippy socks—no regular socks or shoes are allowed on the machine. Arrive 15 minutes before the start of class, so they can get you acquainted with the machine. Unfortunately, if you don't arrive 15 minutes early, they won't be able to allow you to take the class. Filtered water fountains, towels, bags for sweaty clothes, face wash are all available—everything you need to freshen up after class but NO showers.

How to get there

[solidcore] Decatur is located off E Ponce de Leon Ave, across the street from Leon's Full Service. Parking is available in the deck off of Church Street (right behind the building). Disregard displayed parking pricing - We validate parking for 90 minutes.

So fun! Hannah Beth was so encouraging and helpful in explaining exactly what to do and how to use the equipment. Took away all of my first-timer nerves so I could focus solely on enjoying the workout. Highly recommend!

Solidcore needs FANS or A/C! There's no air circulation so the workout is harder and more uncomfortable than if you weren't unnecessarily sweating from warm room. I felt nervous with a couple moves because I wore shorts and my legs were sweating. It's such an easy affordable fix to get couple gym-type Fans or Ceiling Fans. Lindsay is a great instructor, full of positive energy and encouragement! The class is hard and always sore after, but worth it! Just please please get fans at both locations...

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
