This was my second class at the studio and the second time that I experienced an instructor who seems well steeped in the practice and understanding of Yoga as more than just posing. I think I will make this my home studio in the area

I love the fusion class mix with Pilates, barre, and yoga. Very fun and challenging. I look forward to joining the studio again for another class.

Lauren was a great instructor and gave plenty of alternatives throughout the class as needed. Anna was also super welcoming and helpful in answering my questions about upcoming classes and any specials that they run. Can’t wait to come back!

see all reviewsI was a little late to class (actually, very late) but Tia met me with so much grace and compassion. She made sure that so got settled and up to speed with the class. I appreciated the flow of the class and the gentle corrections. This was my first visit and I will absolutely be back. Working out “under the blue lights” (iykyk 👀) is cool, but there is something special about being in a room where all body types are welcomed and celebrated, and where the instructors truly care.

see all reviewsSuch a great class! The studio is super clean and cute (very aesthetic) and Whitney is a total Barre-B (Barbie 🤗): super kind, extremely encouraging, and upbeat the entire time! Her cues were super clear, she demo’d everything, AND offered hands-on help if you needed it. So the literal layers of support in how the class was structured was just masterful. 😮💨 The pacing was another highlight. The class was definitely challenging, but Whitney had such a strong read on the room. It felt like she instinctively knew when to push us, when to slow down, and when to guide us into a stretch or a breath. That level of attunement was just insane to me! 😯 Funny enough, I had tried barre once before at whole ‘nother studio and almost wrote it off completely (wasn’t my favorite experience.) Total fluke that I ended up trying it again, but I’m so glad I did because this class totally changed my perspective. I’ll definitely be back! And if you made it to the end of this book-long review, maybe you should too (my two cents!) 😂 It’s a new studio, so that’s probably the only reason it’s not already booked out. But it will 100% take off, so I’m very happy to have landed here early! ✅

If you’re a beginner like me, it’s a little fast-paced, but totally doable and you can still jump in and keep up! I had so much fun! The space was cozy and intimate, which made it feel welcoming. The instructor was awesome at breaking down the steps and techniques, so I felt confident even as a first-timer. Definitely looking forward to the next class!
