He went into detail in explaining each move and we were able to flow through the class almost effortlessly. He really pushed us to keep going and use heavier weights if you could. At the end of class he invited us to join the next class and even helped instruct us in some additional moves to work on to improve balance and stability. I really loved how low impact this workout was while still getting the burn that I desired. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the studio and even received a tour at the end.

Their scheduling is entirely still on paper. Just because you see an open time on the schedule in the ClassPass app does NOT mean that time is available or that you have booked it when you book it though ClassPass. You are not on their schedule and therefore do not have a reservation at all until you've called.

The space seems very clean and organized and every member of the staff was kind and helpful. Only took off a star because the music didn’t match what I picked and there was a lot of sound conflict between the music in my room and the music in the hall—plus the occasional toilet flush. Perhaps a white noise machines could solve this? Will definitely be back and hope to get placed in a different room farther from the locker rooms.

Susana’s massage work (I had deep tissue done) is great. She does various things during my massage which really helped my body release its tension (newflash: I carry a ton of tension in my body). My body was sore for a few days after the massage which has never happened with other massage therapist I had gone to. And this means what Susana did is magic. She was able to help my body release the tension it was holding which led to the release of lactic acid and that resulted in the body aches. Going to book my next massage as I know I’ll need more to get to where I want to be and I know Susana’s the one to help me get there. Thank you!

Then they come in and do a scalp scrub and mini facial treatment (about 5-8 mins) for the facial. Unlike Chinese reflexology and Thai style places where you wear loose clothing, she did use oils and I was asked only to wear bikini bottoms so not to stain clothes. The room was candlelit and music was soothing. I would go again for the point value but wouldn’t be my first choice.
