While there was an option for inversions that many took, just as many were listening to their bodies or current skill level. This is a fast paced class, not focused on perfecting form but on movement and healthy challenge! The music was great and Jimena used it beautifully to segment the class! I would recommend having a rudimentary knowledge of yoga before coming. All in all, a wonderful experience in a beautiful space! Thank you!
