Great space but tonight Lindsay had a sub. The flow was terrible. Had I known I wouldn't have come tonight...
Barre at Swim Club Lighthouse Point
Great, challenging barre clas out in the fresh air. The address was wrong- I think it was actually 2770 lighthouse point.
Vinyasa Yoga (All Levels)
Lindsay was exceptional. She made everyone feel welcome and helped us get acquainted if we were not familiar with the gym. She lead us through a dynamic and functional class, explaining the purpose behind each move. I left the class feeling more at peace, more flexible, and stronger. I sweat plenty but maintained a level heart rate throughout. I'd recommend this studio and Lindsey if you're trying to find a home studio in Baltimore.
Cardio Barre
Over all a good workout. However it wasn't very welcoming for a first timer. There weren't introductionsand there wasn't a mention of materials required through out the work out before the class started. I felt posture guidance was lacking as well given that the class was only 5 people.

Great instructor but room was far too hot and complicated to find entrance. After waiting in rain for 10 minutes figuring it out, this affected my overall mood and vibe of place

Good workout and a really positive instructor! Sweatier than I thought itd be. They keep the room at 73 degrees with a heater which I didnt love.

What is ClassPass?
