About this studio

San Diego Core Fitness is an outdoor boot camp program. Every boot camp is different and highly creative using body weight exercises as well as sand bags, sand balls, medicine balls, suspension training, plyo boxes, and band training, depending on the core philosophy of the particular workout. Each boot camp burns the maximum number of calories for the scheduled time. San Diego Core Fitness doesn't mess around, they are there to make you train hard. Their classes are good for beginners and experts alike as you can do each exercises on your own and to your own ability or they can modify if necessary.

How to prepare

Please have some water with you and a towel. It is not always necessary to have a mat but every so often they run out of mats so it's good to have one as a backup. If you are cleared by a medical professional to workout then come on out and give them a try. They will challenge you, their classes are intense but you are always able to slow down if you need to.

How to get there

When you arrive please park in the parking garage in the retail/visitor parking spots. You can walk through the leasing office all the way to the back, out the door and the gym is across the curb. We will be upstairs in the aerobics studio. Please bring a mat, towel and lots of water. If you have trouble finding us please call 858.413.6130.

What is ClassPass?
