About this studio

Welcome to Sadhana Yoga & Wellbeing! (Previously Kula Hot Yoga & Wellbeing) We are are a bespoke state of the art studio that fuses the power of yoga and movement classes with holistic therapies, giving you a complete wellness package to benefit both body and mind. Our classes include Bikram, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Dynamic Body, and our high energy flow class called Sculpt! We hold a broad range of fun and educational workshops in the studio including a beginners Bikram workshop which takes place every month, and free if you are on the intro offer or a monthly subscription package. Sadhana is a space where you can disconnect from the daily grind, where you can reconnect with the real you, and fine-tune your body while strengthening your mind!

How to prepare

RENTALS Yoga mat - £1 Yoga mat towel - £1 Yoga grip towel - £1.50 STAY HYDRATED But don’t overdo. Aim to drink at least 2 litres of water throughout the day, and have a drink high in electrolytes. (E.g Coconut water or water with electrolyte tablets/powder). EAT Keep it light and avoid eating a big meal less than two hours before practising. This will ensure that you feel lifted and light and benefit fully from your practise. WHAT TO BRING Wear comfortable water resistant clothing Water - or you can purchase at reception

How to get there

We are just a 3 minute walk from Clapham Junction overground station. Walk out of the station, turn right and walk up the hill. We are on the lefthand side after the traffic lights. See you there!

What is ClassPass?
