Rough-Fit is an outdoor fitness company committed to providing the very best research-based workout programs for couch potatoes to highly motivated endurance athletes. Yoga on Monday and Thursday 6:15pm meets at the Tustin Senior Center: 200 South C Street, Tustin, CA. Beyond Boot Camp - Group Run/Walk meets at the parking lot at the corner of Jamboree Rd and E. Chapman Ave in Orange, CA. Running Club on Tuesdays at 6:00pm meets at Santiago Hills Park, at the intersection of White Oak Ridge and Trails End in Orange, CA.

How to prepare

Please bring a mat, water, and towel. Also a set of dumbells is required for bootcamp classes, though the studio has some to lend out.

I showed up for the class at the senior center, and nobody else was there. I even called the number provided, left a message. No call back. Need better communication.

Great location, team members, and instructions. Greg was attentive and engaging. I did have a good work out with the various activities and this is a personal preference, but a little more upper body exercises would be helpful.

This class was great, kelsey was wonderful and being in the park made the whole experience that much more calming. Highly recommend this class.

Absolutely loved it. Such a wonderful class. Kelsey was fantastic. She was kind and made my mom and I feel welcome. We are beginners and the class went at a good pace for us. The other members were more experienced and they were able to make it more challenging for them so it worked for everyone. Citrus park is beautiful and It's so nice to work out outdoors with the trees and the birds. Yeah there are also some ants and car horns but in general to get to workout among the lemon trees made the experience really enjoyable.

Class is gentle, low key. Great to do it as the sun rises. Note: they meet at the viewing house at the top of the hill.

What is ClassPass?
