About this studio

Rise Nation offers a 30-minute, full body workout on the VersaClimber which activates all the major muscle groups simultaneously. The VersaClimber utilizes the primal cross-crawl-climb movement progression that is innate to the human body. Reinforcing this fundamental biomechanical sequence helps promote proper spinal alignment, core strength, and neuromuscular coordination. This workout is self-regulating and zero-impact, affording all demographics, and those recovering from injury, the opportunity to climb. With their unique ceiling light sculpture that changes with the beat of the music, Rise Nation offers not only the safest and most effective workout on the market, but an all-encompassing experience.

How to prepare

Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to ensure you are properly set up on our equipment. Make sure you have shoes and clothes to break a sweat in. Please bring a bottle of water, which can be refilled at the studio.

How to get there

Parking suggestions: 1. Street metered parking (preferred and cheapest). 2. Parking lot across the street (down Melrose Alley) $3 Validation with R//N stamp. Cash only! 3. Valet in our parking structure. $4.50 Validation with R//N stamp.

it's a fabulous workout. the instructor could work on speaking clearly and better count ins to the next thing we are doing. he has great energy, however it was difficult to hear what was going on and I felt a little lost.

Some people probably LOVE this workout. Admittedly, it just wasnt my thing. The climbers didnt seem very intuitive and/or user friendly. I was mostly annoyed the whole class. Also, it was hard to hear the instructor which makes it a little frustrated when you are new. Also, if u have knee issues....this is probably not your bag.
