About this studio

RetroFit has masterfully created and designed four distinct Group Fitness formats, strategically designed to get the highest burn factor, both during and after your workout. The concept behind the programming is to strategically tax all three energy systems acting like a metabolic accellerator and fat incinerator, so you have no choice but to get in the BEST shape of your life. These intense, yet fun and empowering workouts are the brainchild of RetroFit founders Jessie Pavelka, (America's leading Fitness Guru, best-selling author and trainer on NBC's The Biggest Loser) and Rob McGillivray, LA's premier Master Trainer and former national level track and field athlete.

How to prepare

HYDRATION Please be sure you arrive to class hydrated and stay hydrated through the remainder of the day. RETROFIT provides water through a filtration system, so remember to bring your water bottle! FUEL In order to perform at your fullest potential your body requires adequate nutrition. We recommend that you have a healthy snack or small meal approximately an hour prior to class. CHECK-IN Arrive 10 minutes prior to your class for check-in with the front desk. First timers will need to sign a HIIT SQUAD waiver prior to participating.

How to get there

RetroFit's front entrance can be located on Santa Monica blvd. To access the parking lot, drive through the ally between North Curson and North Stanley Ave.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
