Sarah was the best! I loved the diversity of 30 min spin, 30 min core. Also music was on point!

It’s such a great idea, but the execution is not stellar. The teacher was awesome! The room is super small/intimate so if you want to hide in the back that’s not an option. It was a fun class.

Spin portion was good but not as intense as soul or other spin studios. Floor work was good!

Really like Sarah in general as an instructor. Great personality and attitude. The spin portion was a bit lackluster, mostly seated, kind of blah. Weights portion was great though! Can’t wait for the new place with new bikes!

For the amount of credits this class costs, I was expecting a much better workout. The spin instruction was confusing between saying it was beat based, but needing RPMs at a certain rate then barely being able to hear the playlist. The ab work left me sore, but the smelly mats and awkward transitions in between the excises had me leaving the class unfulfilled. I love the idea and location, but it was an underwhelming experience.

What is ClassPass?

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
