With 125+ classes each week, including Metabolic Conditioning (H.I.I.T), Spin, TRX, Power Yoga, Mat Pilates, Fusion classes, and Group Reformer. How to prepare

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Cycling shoes are now provided complimentary for all spin classes. Please stop by the front desk at least 5 minutes prior to class to pick up your pair at no additional charge. Smart Water, Essentia Water and Vitamin Water Zero available for $2.

How to get there

Reformation Fitness is conveniently located in the heart of DC's Historic Shaw District on 9th between M and N Streets, NW. They're within a 10-15 minute walk from many surrounding neighborhoods -- including Logan Circle, U Street, Bloomingdale, Mt. Vernon Triangle, Thomas Circle, and Gallery Place/Chinatown.

Trying to get into Pilates - I previously went to a beginner class at District Pilates, but I preferred Reformation! It was more difficult and a more comprehensive workout. Camille was lovely.

Mostly an arm workout with some running incorporated... If you like lifting 50-70 pounds worth of dumbbells above your head then this is the class for you.
