How to prepare

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Cycling shoes are now provided complimentary for all spin classes. Please stop by the front desk at least 5 minutes prior to class to pick up your pair at no additional charge. Smart Water, Essentia Water and Vitamin Water Zero available for $2.

How to get there

Reformation Fitness is conveniently located in the heart of DC's Historic Shaw District on 9th between M and N Streets, NW. They're within a 10-15 minute walk from many surrounding neighborhoods -- including Logan Circle, U Street, Bloomingdale, Mt. Vernon Triangle, Thomas Circle, and Gallery Place/Chinatown.

Most of the classes Ive been to at Reformation Fitness have been very upbeat and high energy. We only did strength (no cardio like in previous classes) and the instructor didnt introduce himself or motivate the class.

What is ClassPass?
