How to prepare

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Cycling shoes are now provided complimentary for all spin classes. Please stop by the front desk at least 5 minutes prior to class to pick up your pair at no additional charge. Smart Water, Essentia Water and Vitamin Water Zero available for $2.

How to get there

Reformation Fitness is conveniently located in the heart of DC's Historic Shaw District on 9th between M and N Streets, NW. They're within a 10-15 minute walk from many surrounding neighborhoods -- including Logan Circle, U Street, Bloomingdale, Mt. Vernon Triangle, Thomas Circle, and Gallery Place/Chinatown.

Misook runs a really hard class, but she chooses exercises that you dont have to be a full time gym rat to be able to do. Its a great work out without being discouraging.

One of the toughest workouts I've ever had in the best way! Three days later and I'm still sore. Would definitely recommend for the fitness buff bordering on athlete.

John is very nice. It was a straightforward workout. No bells and whistles. Hes pretty hands off but is paying attention, and will correct form and help whenever you need him. If you dont like to be yelled at or pressured and like to do the workout on your own, hes your guy.
