How to prepare

For your first class at Reformation Fitness, please arrive 10 minutes early to sign a waiver, familiarize yourself with the studios and facility, as well as get a chance to speak to the instructor ahead of the class regarding any limitations, injuries or modifications needed. All classes are 14 members (or less) per room, so please feel free to ask questions regarding modifications, progressions, form & technique, and/or different weight/resistance levels needed. Please be courteous & respectful of all others during class. Thank you!

How to get there

Reformation Fitness - Capitol Hill conveniently located in the heart of DC's Barracks Row District. They're within a 10-15 minute walk from many surrounding neighborhoods -- including Capitol Hill, Eastern Market, Lincoln Park, Navy Yard, and Barney Circle Hill East. Street parking is available and can be paid for via ParkMobile. The Eastern Market Metro Station (Orange/Blue/Silver lines) is two blocks away.

Instruction was kind and helpful and he environment was very relaxing, but the workout just isn’t hard enough.

While the workout itself was great, that was definitely the worst instructor I’ve ever dealt with, so much so that I nearly left halfway through class. I was the only one in class, and it was apparent that I was not his focus for much of class. Not only was he distracted on his phone (not paying attention to how many reps left and then calling out even more), but he also consistently kept calling me by another name. The worst is realizing that he’s an owner. Will not bother coming back to this studio, at least with him as the instructor.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
