STICKY/GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED. Those in regular socks or without sticky socks will not be able to take the class.Sticky/Grip socks allow your feet to stay in a stable position in class so that you get your best workout. We do sell these in the studio if you need a pair!NO LATE ENTRY.
