Whether you're just lacing up for the first time or an expert, you'll punch, kick, and sweat your way to a stronger, better YOU! And be sure to check out Pulse's CoreLift class which incorporates the five core compound exercises designed to get you lean, toned, and strong! What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
