Lagree Method with Blythe
Blythe is the best teacher ! She is so supportive but she also pushes you in a good way to achieve your goals.
Lagree Method with Laura
The class was way too wrist heavy with many consecutive movements only on the wrists. In addition, there were novice beginners in the class who I think should of gotten some modifications. We were doing elevator lunge, no springs. It was this guy’s second time doing Pilates so he said. From My eye, he was very clearly a true beginner with limited knowledge about the reformer. She should of offered to give him one yellow or at least the bar to help steady himself. That is how you give people injuries.
Lagree Method with Marian
Marian was incredible and so was the class. I will be back.
Lagree Method with Blythe
Wish she did more abs!
Lagree Method with Angie
This was my first 6am class for any activity. It was a pretty good workout! But, i do have expectations for how an early class should be. The instructor wasn’t very motivating nor energized herself. I wouldn’t do a 6am with this instructor again but the workout was good.
Lagree Method with Hilary
This workout was tough, but I wish the instructor would walk around and give pointers, also I wanted to hear how many seconds were left in each exercise more. She didn’t do it for every exercise like other instructors.
Lagree Method with Hilary
Great workout but instructor was not very friendly and music was terrible
Lagree Method with Hilary
Sequence and workout was great, felt the burn all over and heart rate was elevated the entire time. Hillary could be a little more focused on participants, was often choosing the next song instead of watching people’s form or encouraging folks. Wasn’t greeted upon arriving and she didn’t learn any names. Adjustments were minimal, pretty much only for first timers. If I wasn’t experienced, I would have been lost. That said, it was a great workout, well priced, and I would definitely return.

Marián is the best!
Lagree Method with Laura
First time doing a reformer class and it was challenging, but really good! Laura shared there are modifications of the exercises if it becomes too hard, but she didn’t always tell us what they were. I have a pretty good working knowledge of what muscles groups I’m working with so I can modify on my own if needed so it ended up being fine. Wasn’t a big fan of needing to adjust the tension/cables and different set ups. Also... it was the last class of the day (7:30 pm) but don’t quite get how/why the instructor would sometimes be sitting at the front desk/reception area, but still watch and tell us the exercises while chillin. The space is all open (my machine was right next to the desk area), but I would think an instructor should be moving around the entire class and helping with things if needed especially since there were 3 newbies in the room of 7.
