About this studio

Pilates Place offers authentic Pilates classes and their teachers have gone through a minimum of 450 hours of training to become certified. They specialize in private and duo sessions and offer a variety of group reformer and Wunda Chair classes. Classes are broken into different levels ranging from basics to advanced. Please note the level of the particular class you are attending to make sure it's the best fit for you!

How to prepare

Please wear workout clothes but nothing with a zipper in the back, which can scratch the equipment. Bring grip socks. If you don't already open a pair, they sell them at the front desk.

Reformer Class Level 1 with K)
This is a great beginner’s Pilates reformer class. This class is mainly for people entering the Pilates reformer world and I think it would be good for someone getting back into working out. The environment is encouraging and Liz was very kind. I will check out more challenging classes when I feel more comfortable with the reformer.

Michelle was lovely. The studio is clean, bright, sunny, and inviting. Class was very easy and I could have used more repetitions of almost every exercise. I do prefer 50 or 55 minute classes. When it is only 45 minutes arm work

I absolutely love this class. Michelle is the most attentive Pilates teacher I have ever had. She is so fun and definitely gives you a great, challenging work out.

Michelle is so great! Really knows stuff and extremely friendly! I highly recommend her class! I do a lot of Pilates and love hands on instructors who assist with your form and technique.

Appreciated heavy weight and good exercises. Slower pace bc teacher does a lot of personalized adjustments, which is nice but wish class had quicker pace

Zoe is a very caring teacher and it’s a nice class (not too hard, not too easy). I also love that the studio has loaner socks.

What is ClassPass?
