Limited capacity
Each section of the recovery centre only allows for 5 people for each session. This gives our team time to clean up, charge and sanitize our equipment
Temperature checks
We have our hot magnesium spa set to the perfect heating temperature and 3 different ice baths set to temperatures ranging from 1 degrees-10.
Equipment policies
We walk you through the recovery centre and explain the procedures for all the equipment to ensure you are fully aware of how to use all our equipment safely and most effective.
