We offer a mix of strength training classes (Strong and Lean) for people looking to get lean and put on some muscle and HIIT sessions for people looking for a fast pasted workout to burn body fat and maintain a lean figure.

How to prepare

Our Strong and Lean classes are weight training classes. We use a variety of strength-based exercises using barbells and dumbbells. Our HIIT classes are High-Intensity Interval Training sessions. Using a variety of bodyweight exercises and a mix of Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, ropes and bands. Please bring water and towel, you'll need it.

Mostly good but not a lot of instruction - in hindsight thinking about my experience at other gyms and how great they are, first time here and I was a bit lost, and you’re using pretty big weights and there isn’t much instruction in terms of proper form.

Great class and this instructor was soooooo helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I was doing and was ok! He’s the best and this gym is the best!

Jess is a lovely girl! Very welcoming and chatty. She was engaging and asked questions and made you feel at ease. The class could have been harder. I liked the 14 minute rep repeat circuit but would have preferred it to be longer - say 30 mins vs having the boxing part. The boxing was fun but would have felt like I had worked harder with the longer hiit. Still a good class and a lovely trainer

Good hiit session - straight to the point and not too much explaining like what you find with many classes which wastes time. Very time efficient so you can get stuck in - would definitely go again

What is ClassPass?
