Off The Grid Fitness prides itself on creating change and influencing our community, while being the first eco-friendly fitness center in Arizona. They incorporate opportunities for community involvement and education. There efforts include recycling, reducing energy and water usage, using environmentally friendly products throughout the gym, and fostering green initiatives in the community. Sweat with Eric
Eric the “instructor” did not instruct. He never introduced himself. The only reason i know his name is the nice man that was in our group told us. The class itself was a pretty good workout. Several of the other people in the class were welcoming. Overall, i would suggest the class for a casual workout but would go to another instructor.

Eric provides an excellent circuit workout - really good for any fitness level, excellent cardio and strength work.

TRX Strong with Eric
Class was disappointing. Not the workout Im used to, barely broke a sweat. And instructor was a jerk. It was my first time and he made it like the class was so far advanced I wouldnt be able to do it and he wouldnt have the time to help me because the class is SO big. 5 minutes later and class starts, and its me plus two others. Im also in pretty good shape and regularly workout across various studios, and have for years. He gave no correction on form, no direction on how movements should/shouldnt be done. Would definitely not recommend this gym. Wont be back myself thats for sure
Indoor Power Cycling with Antwoine
This was my first cycling class ever. Antwoine had the right music, enthusiasm and was simply a great instructor. Only thing that need improvement are some of the bikes. A few were needing repair, but there was enough for everyone.
Beginner TRX with Eric
Great stretch, this was my first time doing trx and thought it went at a good pace. If you feel you will need the most help, I suggest being closest to the Eric. It helps if you need to be corrected often or prefer to watch the movement closely.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
