Their aim is simple: to deliver a friendly, inclusive club where you can learn and practice yoga without feeling intimidated, self-conscious or inferior. They have created a relaxing place that provides a veritable refuge from city madness. In addition to teaching over 30 types of yoga, MYoga offers an extensive array of high-energy group exercise classes to lift the spirits and get you in shape!

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. For Yoga Wheel classes, please bring your own Yoga Wheel.

The MYoga Cheras Studio is located in Lot 191-4, 4th Floor at Wisma CKE, Jalan Lancang off Jalan Cheras in Kuala Lumpur.

Jay is amazing at what she does and I really enjoyed her class.

Quite challenging for beginner level but Eric was helpful.

Very relaxing and easy to follow. Instructor explains and focuses on muscle concentration.

instructor was great ans attentive !! loved the class! a lot aunties choped mats and took up most of the spots for themselves prior to class tho

What is ClassPass?
