About this studio

Monkeybar Gym Missoula provides full body functional fitness workouts designed to make you stronger, leaner, and fit for life. Be ready to have fun in a totally safe space with no mirrors, no machines, and no judgment. Come Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for MBG's signature Body Power classes, which is focused on strength training using primarily bodyweight. Join them on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday for Cardio Bootcamp—be ready to complete a fun and effective obstacle-style cardio class. Each class can be tailored to any fitness level, from beginner to advanced. MBG uses stability, strength, and power levels to ensure you are getting the right workout to challenge you.

How to prepare

Please come a few minutes early to meet your instructor and sign in. Bring a water bottle and clean shoes. The workouts are tough but, can be scaled to your fitness level or modified to account for injuries—so know you can do it!

Monkey Bar Gymnasium is located at 1900 W. Broadway, Suite F, in the same building as Mismo Gymnastics.

Solid class, but on the short side in my opinion (I finished in under 25min and would prefer a longer workout). Id like if there was some sort of challenge you could do after finishing the main set (plank or wall sits or something) to get more in if someone wanted

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
