About this studio

Do you like your hot yoga with a lot of heart? Come to Moksha Yoga East Van and join their sweaty yoga party. Moksha Yoga offers regular moksha classes (great for strength and flexibility), moksha flow classes (a little more cardio and movement), and yin classes (long slow stretches benefitting the connective tissue of the body). All classes are open to beginners. Please ALWAYS arrive 5 min early when registered with ClassPass or else your reservation will be offered to a drop-in student. Please arrive 15 min early for your first class so you can fill out a waiver, meet the teacher, and get acquainted with the space.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat, large towel, water bottle and clothes to sweat in. Mats and towels are also available for a $2 rental fee.

Good class and a nice studio. I do wish they didn’t cram quite as many people in there as they do but otherwise it’s great.

If you don’t already ‘modo’, haven’t been to this studio or can’t read minds... This class may not be for you. It was basically a bikram class, lovely live music to enjoy but next to no vocal prompts from the teacher. It’s a lovely studio but this class was frustratingly hard to follow.

What is ClassPass?
