About this studio

Do you like your hot yoga with a lot of heart? Come to Moksha Yoga East Van and join their sweaty yoga party. Moksha Yoga offers regular moksha classes (great for strength and flexibility), moksha flow classes (a little more cardio and movement), and yin classes (long slow stretches benefitting the connective tissue of the body). All classes are open to beginners. Please ALWAYS arrive 5 min early when registered with ClassPass or else your reservation will be offered to a drop-in student. Please arrive 15 min early for your first class so you can fill out a waiver, meet the teacher, and get acquainted with the space.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat, large towel, water bottle and clothes to sweat in. Mats and towels are also available for a $2 rental fee.

The work out was good, nice studio but I’ve never done yoga in a studio where they cram so many people in so close together that you cant stretch out at all and if you bend forward your butt is right in someone’s face. That is a big con for me.

What is ClassPass?
