Social distancing measures

Each member has their own squat rack and barbell with 7 feet of distance between each lifter.

Mask-wearing policies

Masks are optional for attendees. Staff members are required to wear masks.

Limited capacity

Class is limitted to 4 to 5 people.

Extra sanitation

All equipment and high touch surfaces will be cleaned between classes.
