About this studio

Method Movement is a boutique fitness and wellness studio in Chelsea, London. Now also offering POP up classes at ONE London Imperial Wharf Fulham! With their results focused approach, Method offers a range of award winning fitness classes from HIIT, strength and conditioning, boxing, yoga, mediation and more. The bright, modern studio is unique in London's fitness world, it's truly a space to escape the hustle of London and step into a studio where you can focus, perform and see results. Practice yoga and mediation in Method's beautiful Mindful Garden, an alfresco, sun soaked outdoor space where you can practice while soaking up fresh prana. During the winter months the retractable roof and infrared heating keep the mindful garden warm and fresh for an all year round outdoor experience.

How to prepare

Method has everything you need to get ready for work. Showers, towels, hair dryers, straighteners, shampoo, even deodorant! All you need to bring is a willingness to work hard in our fitness classes or gain clarity in our yoga and meditation sessions. PLEASE CHECK LOCATION AS IT CAN DEPEND ON THE CLASS.

How to get there

Method is located 249 Old Brompton Road, the next block over from the famous Troubadour. Just a 5 minute walk from Earls Court or West Brompton underground stations. Imperial Wharf ONE LDN is located in the heart of the trendy Imperial Wharf Complex on the border of Chelsea Harbour and Fulham. a 2 min walk from Imperial Wharf overground or 10 mins stroll away from Fulham Broadway. What is ClassPass?
