Idk it’s hard to explain but it was just like not super relevant to the workout which annoys me. I think small blips of motivation is fine but when it becomes a ted talk it’s too much. But sequence was solid.. I don’t love doing 3 lunges back to back for my hip flexors but it was effective and I think he’ll be good (not sure if he’s new)

The class was not easy, BUT it taught me a lot about which muscles are weak in my body and what I need to work on. if I couldn’t do the pose exactly, it was okay their was an easier pose option given that my body was able to do. I recommend taking a class and trying it out. I’m planning on continuing my classes! :)

This is a very low impact way to exercise but still incredibly hard if you’re out of shape or sore from another workout. I’m glad that modifications were well accepted because I was hurting big time haha. Although it’s not 100% my thing, I’m really glad to have tried it!
