About this studio

Mantra™ is the first studio on the West Coast of Florida to offer the innovative Megaformer™/Lagree Fitness® workout. It is the only workout that effectively combines strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility, core and balance training in a single 45-minute heart pumping, muscle toning, total body workout.

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.

Erin is one of the best Pilates instructors I’ve taken. Her queues are easy to follow. She makes adjustments if I need to make sure I protected my back. The megaformer is a tough workout but the results are incredible!

This was a really really great work out! I’ve never done Pilates before. Everyone was nice and helpful. The only thing I would say was kind of annoying is you have to pay $18.50 for grip socks and I wish they would’ve told me that before hand so I could have purchased them myself.

What is ClassPass?
