About this studio

Come give this Spin + Strength (30 min of cycling + 30 min of strength training) class a try! Every day of strength training is different, they use a variety of equipment and attack the body in a different way. They also have TRX, strength, yoga, and cycling classes.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in! It is recommended you bring shoes with SPD clips for cycling classes if you have them, a towel for sweat, and some water!

How to get there

LET'S SWEAT is located at 439 N. 6th Ave. in Tucson, AZ 85705. Parking is available before 9am and after 5pm in the lot South of us. There is street parking and parking in the nearby neighborhoods.

I’m not one to really leave reviews. But, I think soleil the instructor and staff at the front that walked me through the details deserve credit! Apart from walking I don’t do intense work outs (beginner) so, I was a bit hesitant to take the leap for my first spin class. I am happy I did! I arrived a minute or so before my class started so, I rushed in and, immediately greeted by the front staff and, walked to my class. She immediately walked me through what I needed to know to begin and, fastened the pedals for me. It was such a fun, welcoming, environment. Soleil, approached me to introduce herself and, suggest other forms as this was my first time. Never, made me feel uncomfortable but, was so welcoming and encouraging. I’m so grateful I tried it! I encourage others to do so as well. The name of the class might seem intimidating but, if someone my size and, someone who is out shape can do it so can you! Thank you! :)

What is ClassPass?
