Locker rooms are clean, showers are well equipped, and the place is stocked with all sorts of things you could ever need. The lady at the front who checked me in was very friendly and welcoming. Quinn, the instructor, was great! The flow of the class worked well and her cues were intentional and clear. I am also a Pilates instructor, so I have more experience in that regard than your typical client. Quinn explained the reformer perfectly and demonstrated each move as we went through the class so there was no confusion while also providing positive feedback and correcting people’s forms in a respectful way. Overall a wonderful studio!
