About this studio
Lagree Fitness Studio features the Supra. Exercises on the Supra increase strength, endurance, cardio, core, balance and flexibility. You will get a full body workout! The workout is very intense and the equipment changes angles to target every areas of the body which fatigues quickly. In addition, the focus of the workout is on intensity optimization rather than maximization to prevent from excessive stress on the joints, connective tissues and the spine. The Supra is the Megaformer on Steroids. The biggest difference is that the Supra can incline and tilt and is remote controlled by the teacher. There is no other equipment like it on planet Earth. Grip socks are required for class. They are sold at the studio or you can bring your own. You will NOT be permitted into class without socks.lagreefitnessstudio.com+1 424 777 0070

How to prepare
ATTENTION: Toe Sox, or socks with grips are required. They are sold at the studio! If you have never worked out on any of our previous equipment like the MEGAFORMER then a Beginners class is highly recommended. This is an INTENSE workout. THIS IS NOT A PILATES WORKOUT. For safety reasons, if you are new to LFS you are not permitted on the Supra if you are late. Our late policy for non-beginners is 2 mins. What this means: If you are new and never been to this Studio you cannot take class if you are late and you will be turned away.
How to get there
Parking is in the underground garage off Westmount. The gate will be open. ONLY park in spots labeled RETAIL. Our spaces are limited. DO NOT park in residential parking, you will be towed! Use the FRONT entrance only, and you MUST check-in at the reception in the back of the studio through the black doors, even if late. Please do not block space in front of you in the tantrum space spot. Leave your keys at the front desk if you are blocking someone. We also have plenty of street parking.
