I took the 4:45 class and it was only two of us, and all I’m saying is she should get a raise! She was on the floor inspiring us, motivating us, and riding with us. Felt like a private lesson yet her energy was the same as if the room was completely full. I also came in with a shoulder injury and she even gave me modifications for the arm series. To wrap up this review, her choreo was completely life giving and her moves literally didn’t miss a beat. Thank you Vynnessa for being so awesome! I will definitely be back.

This was burpees, jump squats, vinyasa, chair pose, down dog, and then jumping jacks. The music's bumping and like I got transported into my best, fit self when I was there. The workout was hard, but very customizable. The room was dark and music was loud which I enjoyed. Liz demonstrated the exercises in a way that was easy to follow.
