About this studio

The Training Room is Atlanta’s premier fitness facility located in the heart of Midtown on the scenic Atlanta Beltline. We train the entire body as a whole using high-intensity functional exercises that build strength, burn fat, and guarantee results. Our workouts are constantly varied to continuously better your body. We offer group training, personal training, small group sessions, yoga, massage, and physical therapy. Every workout at The Training Room is programmed to guarantee you reach your goals.

How to prepare

Please wear running shoes and/or trainers and bring a water bottle. We will insure that you're properly warmed up!

How to get there

If you're walking or riding your bike, we're located on the belt line between Piedmont Park and Ponce City Market. (Right behind Whole Foods and up the hill!)

Loved the class- B really kept the whole thing enjoyable and high energy, parking was a little hard but figured it out. Will definitely be back!

Good class, but has anyone ever noticed that the instructor kind of looks like Buzz Lightyear?

Quality facility, but this instructor wasn't as attentive as other instructors I've had there.

Amber was super welcoming, took the time to orient me to the class, and gave me tips. You should have some weight lifting experience prior to coming to this class but Amber offered modifications for each set. Arrive early to check out the white board with todays work out.

Super helpful trainer, workout was hard but within my limit, I was intimidated when I got there but Colleen really looked out for me, and when I made a joking comment about not being able to do the real weights some regulars of the class were proactively encouraging and supportive that any level is the right place to be. Looking forward to going again!

Eric was so nice and encouraging! Workouts were tough, but you can go at your own fitness level. Definitely pushes you to work your hardest!

Workout was hard so that was good, but it was the least friendly place Ive ever been, super hard to hear instructions, the class ended abruptly, there was no post workout stretch, nor did they ask me to sign a liability waiver.

What is ClassPass?
