About this studio

Jazzercise is the original full-body dance cardio workout. This dance exercise program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun and effective workout. The in-class soundtrack includes a wide variety of today's best music to keep you motivated and distract you from the burn. There is no dance experience necessary, as their certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Each class lasts about 60 minutes and they offer 9 different formats: Dance Mixx, Interval Fusion, Interval Dance Mixx, Fusion, Flip Fusion, Core, Stength60, Strength 45 & Strike. Come for the fitness and fun, stay for the results.

How to prepare

Every class, you can expect a warm-up, in most classes a 30-minute aerobic workout and in all classes, a muscle toning and strengthening segment, plus a stretch to get you out the door. During the strength training portion of class, weights and resistance equipment are utilized. Everything you need for class is provided, but feel free to bring your own weights if you have some, and always bring supportive workout shoes and water. Childcare is provided during specific class times for $2/class.

This class was upbeat, fun, and everyone is so nice. Dance cardio to get the heart rate pumping and engage leg and core muscles especially. Then strength training with weights (arms and abs especially) and then cool down stretch. Loved the music

Wendy was a super enthusiastic instructor, keeping everything positive and light hearted! The class was fun with a ton of varity from dance moves ( step ball change) to strength at your weight comfort level. Some feedback would be set up for new students, as some whose never been to a jazzercise I would loved to have been walked through some of the terminology and the structure of class as well as know in what props I'd need before class would begin! overall loved the class, Wendy is fantastic!

What is ClassPass?
