I am a complete novice and was a bit intimidated but the prospect of this class. But was made to feel so welcome and was given alternate exercises if I wasn’t advanced enough to do the ones on the board.

Great class. Instructor should ask if anyone has injuries tho some of the moves could aggravate injury. Impressed instructor took time to check and correct everyone’s form. Appreciate that

What is ClassPass?
