About this studio

InMotion Cycling & Fitness Studio is a boutique fitness studio specializing in spinning and a variety of strength classes. Whether you are brand new to fitness, a seasoned athlete or somewhere in between, you'll move better and feel stronger with InMotion classes. Classes currently offered: Spinning, TRX Suspension Training, Circuit Training, Kettlebells, F.I.T. Functional Interval Training, Metabolic Conditioning, Cardio Weights, Core Express, Cardio Strength Intervals and Super Sets.

Awesome class with great energy. Staff was really great about getting me set up, will be back!!

The studio is very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately that was the only thing I liked. The lights are very obnoxious and never change, the instructor was not loud enough, her transitions seemed sporadic, her playlist was like a 90’s wedding. She actually played the Cupid shuffle and I think worst of all she did the same moves the whole time. Very boring. I certainly do not think all studios need to use weights, this is definitely a more traditional spin format. But that doesn’t mean it needs to be boring. A younger and more fit demographic won’t buy into this.

Thanks for the feedback. We do have nine other instructors who all have a different style and playlists for their classes. We actually have many young members who enjoy our spin classes. Sorry you didn't enjoy yours. You are welcome to try another instructor.

Very friendly and cozy environment. Instructor is knowledgeable and always gives you a moderated version of each exercise at the beginning at the session so you can participate with the group at your own pace.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
