The class was small and the instructor was really attentive. Thanks to the hammocks, I was able to get a deeper stretch than I usually can in a conventional yoga class.

About this studio

HYPE fitness was created to bring fun, intense and affordable workouts in a beautiful bespoke studio. We are a boutique business with unique classes you won't find anywhere else. Ditch the gym and just get your classes with us. 20 8915 0846

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise, and wear good trainers as these are fitness classes. Definitely bring a water bottle and a towel as we get very sweaty! Shorts may be needed for classes such as pole fitness. We ask all new customers to fill out a health questionnaire on their first visit, and if your health changes you must inform us. You'll be given a warm welcome and shown around. Please let us know if there's anything you need to know.

How to get there

Parking is available on the side roads. On Lind Road there are metered bays which are free after 6.30pm and on surrounding roads there are no parking restrictions. As we are a fitness facility we strongly recommend that you walk, cycle or take public transport. Sutton station is less than 10 minutes walk away and we are close to lots of bus routes.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
