About this studio

Regardless of your age, level of fitness and flexibility, or amount of experience, Hot yoga is a practice for you! We teach 53 Hot, Warm & Cool classes: 60 and 90 minutes Hot Yoga, 60 minutes Warm pilates & Kids Yoga and as well offer Cool Yin, Kundalini &Meditation Classes. Our Studio is a state of the art Hot yoga studio and have been visited more than 1/2 a million visitors last 8 years. We take pride in serving. Come and join our Wonderful Community.

How to prepare

Bring a yoga mat, water and large beach towel with you. These items are available for purchase or rental at the studio. Wear light clothing that you are comfortable sweating in.

Bring at least 2 bottles of water. The class is pretty fast paced and HOT. Would definitely not suggest this to a first time yogi. It was a great workout for sure. The instructor is very interactive and not afraid to call you out

This class is definitely not for beginners- but if you are one, they make you feel comfortable and welcomed! It’s definitely an experience to try - you’ll feel amazing when you leave.
WARM 60 PILATES with Zack
Signed up for warm pilates with Michelle. What I got was a warm Pilates warm up, followed by a boot camp style workout of tabata intervals doing mountain climbers, planks, and wide squat burpees set to loud electronic music. The instructor was not Michelle, but a nice younger gentleman who looked like he got thrown into teaching 5 minutes prior.

This teacher was incredible. I felt both challenged and well stretched after this. Will definitely be back!

What is ClassPass?
